Highly efficient stainless steel strainers which feature a large conical screen offering substantially more filtering screen area versus traditional y-strainers or basket strainers.
Water enters the bottom of the strainer housing and flows upward. Heavier debris and particulate is accelerated
downward away from the conical screen into the sizable reservoir at the base of the strainer. The debris can then be flushed from the reservoi
The flow path through the strainer in combination with the large filtering screen surface area allows these filters to operate with less than a 1 psi pressure drop at the maximum flow rate when clean.

Construction
Body and filter are made of 304 stainless steel
50 mesh (297 micron) and 100 mesh (149 micron) standard filter screens
Pressure differential alarm (PDA) Continuously monitors the inlet and outlet system pressure and triggers an audible and visual alarm when the pressure differential exceeds the preset limit indicating filter cleaning is required
Automated Flush
The Automatic Timer Flush (ATF) can be programmed to open and close the flush valve automatically, removing any debris from the filter reservoir (Not recommended when using glycol or similar addititves)
Bypass
Optional factory installed full size bypass to allow full system flow while isolating the filter for cleaning (pictured below)
Mesh Screens
A wide range of filtration levels can be maintained by selecting one of the numerous screen mesh options available including as fine as 200 mesh (74 micron)
