Restricted air flow acrocess the condenser coils can result in :

Loss of chiller capacity
Difficulty running in warm weather
Fan motor overheating

Clean Condenser on a Portable Water Chiller

Keep your condenser clean with an air filter.

The best defense against a dirty condenser is an air filter. Disposable fiberglass filters with a MERV rating of 2 - 3 or Advantage supplied filter material is recommended.

Condenser screens with filter material are available as an option on all Advantage portable water chillers using using a fan for air movement and standard on units using a blower. Below are several examples.
